The fifth edition of Madrid Horse Week will turn the capital into the equestrian city during the last week of November with a program filled with news. The sports program expands its frontiers in this fifth edition by presenting, for the first time, the Maestros de la Vaquera Cup, in which 10 teams previously classified in the 8 previous scoring tests will fight for the triumph in Madrid. For another year, the event will host, the World Cup Jumping and World Cup Vaulting, such as a CSI2* and CDI5*, increasing the difficulty of the test with respect to previous years, in order to become the venue of the World Cup Dressage in the next edition. At the Salón del Caballo, the continuous program of shows and exhibitions is loaded with a variety of play and didactic activities, including dressage, demonstrations of vaulting, dressage and sessions on health and care of the horse, among others. Younger guests will be able to enjoy the Poni Park, where they can receive their equestrian baptism and participate in various children’s activities.
Another new feature will be the change of location, as the event moves to the Pavilions 12 and 14, but always in the IFEMA – Feria de Madrid.
The 17-18 World Cup season begins another year in Oslo and will culminate in Paris, where the Grand Final will take place.
